Keiko's parents have been reported dead, shot point blank.
Found by Zilya Areson after Sean Blaylock asked her to verify the house.
"This seems to be familiar image for you, no?" Hana said while looking to Keiko was who bowing down in front of the intense in prayer. Her head had lifted up to glance at the moment who stood. The house that Keiko's parents had been washed and clean from the blood splatter Hana had left behind.
"Death... death is a companion of yours." Hana said as she brought the blade a blade under Keiko's chin, holding the handle of a samurai sword. Keiko didn't speak and from the kitchen emerged Ren who was holding a tray to serve her mother and herself some tea. "Your daughter's companion as well." tilting her head towards Ren, having seen the woman come in seeing her in the reflection of her blade. "You know how long I have waited for this, Tiger Lily?"
Hana used the blade to tilt Keiko's head up to look at her. "I have wanted my blade to taste your blood since I first heard of you. Since I heard of you destroying my father."
But Keiko didn't speak a word.
Ren stood there holding the stray. Outside in the back seat of the car Kano shifted uncomfortably as Hana had told him to wait, that she would speak to his grandparents. Blissfully unaware that his grandparents were dead, he looked outside the window to see the tall wooden fence to the house that was 2 stories tall and the windows large. He noted that the flowers looked unkept which seemed something unlike his grandmother to do. She usually was quite proud of her flowers and maintained her garden on a daily basis.
Kano got out of the car, stepping outside after adjusting the blazer jacket and the cuffs of his shirt. An action done in vanity as he then walked to the house that smelled of fresh vanilla which was a method his mother used to wash the flowers claiming it brought a better aura to the house. Opening the door Hana was too busy basking in her own glory in having Keiko under her will it seemed. Ignoring the foot steps of the incoming Kano who then stood there in in the very same room startled to see what he saw.
"Hana."
Hana smirked to recognize the voice to lift her head up, looking over her shoulder to look at him. "I am sorry, darling, but your mother needs to learn a lesson." she said. As she had turned her head Keiko clapped her hands on the flat sides of the sword to twist it from her hand, but just twisting Hana's hand making her loosen the grip. This helped Keiko move away. Hana shifted her weight to maintain her pose but in surprise Ren threw the tray towards her, the boiling water hit the side of her face which made Hana scream but with the precision of the trained fighter she had set herself to be, despite the deception lacking she had for her right eye being distraught by the hot water she cut through the tray. Slicing through the wood.
"You little bitch." Hana said through grunted teeth as she moved towards her. Kano placed his hand on her shoulder to pull her away. "No. You leave her be!" he said. Hana turned around but yet she did not look as if she were to harm him. It was in reality, deep down inside a growing attachment she had growing for Kano. "Your mother killed my father... she needs to pay."
"I have. You killed my parents." Keiko said in a cold voice but it barely leaked out emotion it seemed from her face.
"It isn't enough." Hana said, anger rising and Kano turned his head towards his mother. He believed her.
Hana had an upper hand, her mother carried no weapon. As first she moved to swing towards Keiko but Keiko managed to move away with hands towards her side. When Ren moved to go to her mother's side she was barked at to stay put. Instead, Keiko used the saucers of the tea cups to distract Hana, hitting the blade and Hana would curse if by her loss of deception that she couldn't hit the things being thrown at her.
But from the pain growing inside Keiko was suffering from a weak heart. So in surprise and much into Hana's liking Keiko was becoming quickly fatigued.
Keiko clutched to her chest to hold her breathe. Hana watched and held her sword up to attack but mid way as her sword went to cut she felt it cut flesh she saw the face that resembled Keiko but wasn't. It was Kano, who stood in front of his mother instead taking the hit.
For a woman like Hana, one would suspect a curse for him coming in her way but instead there was a look of shock and as if stunned. "Kano..." Hana said as she saw him placing his hand behind him holding his mother against his back but holding the open slice of his chest to contain the massive loss of blood.
"Leave her be." Kano said as he coughed out blood. Ren rushed over as quickly as she could removing the sword from Hana's hand which at first was a slight battle to do so."Kano, stay with me..." Keiko said as he begun to stumble on his feet.
"Let me see him!" Hana said while Ren swung the sword forward but Hana leaped back avoiding the tip of it even. "No! No!" Ren said. "If you do not leave, I will kill you. But your death belongs to my mother." Ren said, fingers gripping tightly on the handle. She wanted to kill, it was the first time Ren felt herself want something more then anything else.
Keiko was rocking Kano back and forward crying. Bloody fingers were then to dial the ambulance.
Hana would soon enough flee the scene. An ambulance would come... but the blood would stain through.[/center]
